Our 2 Leads are Luis Torres and Rick Cardenas.

Luis Torres is 3rd Generation Agave grower, born and raised in Arandas, Jalisco.  A graduate from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara with a degree in Tequila... A proud Tequilero.

Our Master Distiller Rick Cardenas did his Undergrad at the University of California, Berkeley and his grad work with Luis at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.  Another proud Tequilero.  

 

Rick also runs our California Distillery which is the largest private distillery on the west coast.  His work in Fermentation and Distilling surpasses everyone on earth.  Rick is a true scientist.
